Gojiberry vs HeyReach: an AI agent on intent signals vs per-sender agency scale (2026)
By the ZenMode team · Pricing and features verified September 5, 2026 · Updated
Quick answer
Both drive your LinkedIn account from the vendor's side rather than from your own computer. Gojiberry sells an AI agent: it watches buying signals, scores prospects against your ICP, writes the messages and sends on LinkedIn and email, for $99 a month with two LinkedIn seats. HeyReach sells volume: $79 per sender per month, free human seats, sender rotation and a public API, built for agencies running many accounts. Pick Gojiberry if you want prospects found and contacted for you; pick HeyReach if you run outreach for clients across dozens of accounts. Gojiberry facts checked 5 September 2026, HeyReach facts 3 September 2026.
Who each tool is for
Gojiberry describes itself as an AI GTM team rather than an automation tool: "Automation tools execute your outbound. Gojiberry helps run it." Its agents detect buying and social signals, build lookalike audiences from your best customers, score every prospect against your ideal customer profile and contact the highest-intent ones first, across LinkedIn and email. The standard plan is aimed at "founders and operators running their own outbound".
HeyReach was built for the opposite shape of customer. Its about page calls it "the first agency-friendly LinkedIn outreach tool", and its pricing follows: you pay per connected LinkedIn sender and people are free, "HeyReach charges only per LinkedIn senders, not per users." Sender rotation, client workspaces, white-label and a public API are the headline features.
What Gojiberry's intent layer does
This is the part HeyReach does not attempt. Gojiberry's privacy policy lists the professional activity it processes to find leads: "job changes, likes, comments, event registrations", and its product pages add competitor engagement, lookalike audiences, ICP filtering and lead scoring. A "Signal Agent" runs continuously, and the help centre's first troubleshooting step for an empty lead list is to check that "you have selected at least one active intent signal". The site names the categories but publishes no count of signal types as of 5 September 2026. HeyReach starts from a list you give it or a search you run; its enrichment is a one-time credit allowance, not a discovery engine.
Architecture: where your LinkedIn session lives
Neither tool runs on your machine. Gojiberry's agents prospect 24/7, and its safety article explains how the account is reached: "Your LinkedIn session is accessed through a proxy in the same region you log in from." HeyReach likewise sends from its own servers, assigning "a dedicated static residential proxy" to each account. Both proxy claims are the vendors' own words.
They differ in how you hand over the account. Gojiberry's step-by-step guide offers a Credentials Login, where you enter your LinkedIn email and password and it states "We never store your LinkedIn password", an Infinite Login, and a Chrome extension route that copies session cookie data "without entering any username, password and 2fa codes". Its troubleshooting page suggests temporarily disabling two-factor authentication if the credentials login gets stuck. HeyReach also offers a credential route but recommends the cookie one: "you don't have to share your LinkedIn credentials. The only downside is that connection sessions last shorter."
Where your tool runs is the trade-off covered in our guide to cloud vs desktop LinkedIn automation.

Safety controls, in each vendor's own words
Gojiberry: "the risk is very low if best practices are followed", followed in the same article by "like any automation tool, there is always some level of risk". Its safety limits article says LinkedIn does "not publish official fixed numbers" and sets weekly quotas per sender for invitations, messages and profile visits, recommended by account maturity. HeyReach: "There is no approved outreach automation tool, ours included", with two ceilings you cannot move, a freeze near LinkedIn's weekly invitation cap and "200 actions per day". HeyReach also disclosed that in March 2026 LinkedIn removed its company page and restricted its executives' profiles, adding that customer accounts kept operating.
Where ZenMode fits
Both tools here hold a live session on your LinkedIn account and send from an IP they supply. ZenMode takes the other path: a desktop app on your own machine, signed into LinkedIn the way you already are, sending from your own IP, with every message approved by you before it goes. It has no signal engine and no email channel, and your computer has to be on while it runs. Read it as a Gojiberry alternative or a HeyReach alternative, or see what ZenMode does.
Verdict
- Choose Gojiberry if you want prospects found from buying signals and contacted for you, on LinkedIn and email, and two seats are enough.
- Choose HeyReach if you run LinkedIn outreach for clients across many senders and want published per-sender pricing, rotation and an API.
- Consider a desktop tool if the architecture is the problem: a third party holding your session, sending through a proxy.
FAQ
Does Gojiberry or HeyReach need my LinkedIn password?
Both offer a route that avoids it. Gojiberry's Chrome extension method copies session cookie data so no password or 2FA code is entered, alongside its Credentials Login and Infinite Login. HeyReach recommends its cookie login over sharing credentials. In both cases the vendor then holds a working session on your account.
Which is cheaper?
For one person, HeyReach's $79 per sender is below Gojiberry's $99, but Gojiberry's $99 includes two LinkedIn seats, email sending, enrichment and the signal engine. For an agency, HeyReach's per-sender ladder is published; Gojiberry's Custom tier is priced on request.
Can either tool send email?
Gojiberry does, with waterfall enrichment across 15+ data providers. HeyReach sends no email itself and routes it through Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison.
