Trigify Is Shutting Down: The Best Trigify Alternatives in 2026

Trigify shuts down at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026, after its team joined HubSpot, and your account and data will not move to HubSpot. Export your searches and lists before then, and move to the tool that covers the signals you actually used: ZenMode, whose Signals feature is launching soon, if you want LinkedIn signals turned into messages and sent from your own LinkedIn account in one tool, Jungler for post engagement you push into other tools, Gojiberry for an AI agent across email and social, or HubSpot's buyer intent for account-level intent inside HubSpot.

By Jonathan Lis, founder of ZenMode · Updated

TL;DR

ZenMode is a Trigify alternative built to find LinkedIn signals, write the messages from them and send them from your own LinkedIn account, all in one tool; its Signals feature is launching soon, and its LinkedIn outreach works today. Trigify closes at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026 and accounts are not migrated to HubSpot, so export your lists first. When Signals launches, Practitioner at $49 a month includes 300 signal leads a month, LinkedIn only, matched to the target market you confirm.

What Trigify’s shutdown means for your account

  • Trigify announced on 23 September 2026 that its team is joining HubSpot and that the standalone platform is being wound down.
  • For most customers, access ends at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026. Customers with a different contractual notice period get their date from Trigify directly.
  • Your Trigify account will not be migrated to HubSpot, and Trigify says HubSpot will not use customer data as part of the team's move.
  • Monitoring, signal collection, integrations and the API stop when access ends, and subscriptions do not renew past that date.
  • Exports use the options already inside Trigify, so anything you want to keep has to come out before the cutoff.

What you used Trigify for, and what ZenMode does

Who engaged with a competitor's contentFor up to five competitors you confirm, ZenMode suggests each one's LinkedIn company page, found from the competitor's own website, and up to three people there who post most. Once you save the list, it finds who reacts to and comments on their posts, as well as who writes or comments on posts that mention your competitors by name.

How ZenMode finds the signal, writes the message and sends it

1. It finds people from seven kinds of LinkedIn signal

  • Posts that mention your competitors

People who wrote, or commented on, a recent LinkedIn post that names one of the competitors you confirmed.

  • Popular posts on your topics

People who reacted to or commented on a recent, popular LinkedIn post about the topics your offer is about.

  • Your own posts

People who reacted to or commented on your own recent LinkedIn posts.

  • Your competitors' company pages

People who reacted to or commented on posts from a competitor's LinkedIn company page. ZenMode finds the page from the competitor's own website and never guesses it; you confirm it before it is followed.

  • The people who post at your competitors

People who reacted to or commented on posts by the people you follow at each competitor. ZenMode suggests up to three there who post most; you can untick them or paste others.

  • Influencers your buyers follow

People who reacted to or commented on posts by up to five LinkedIn influencers you choose.

  • Companies hiring for the problem you solve

A company in the countries you sell to posts a sales or engineering role, and ZenMode finds the person who runs that function there.

Signals is launching soon. This is how it will work: you do not pick sources. ZenMode reads your value proposition and drafts who you are looking for and who your competitors are; you edit both and confirm them. You choose which competitor pages, people and influencers to follow. When you press Find leads, ZenMode runs every source that has something to read. Every lead it keeps meets these rules:

  • Inside the target market you confirmed: the countries, company sizes, industries and roles you sell to. Nothing runs until you have confirmed it.
  • Decision-makers by default (founders, owners, heads, directors, VPs and C-level); you can widen that to managers, or to anyone at the company.
  • People who are open to work, students and your competitors' own staff are always left out; agencies, consultants and recruiters only when your target market says so.
  • Each lead is tagged as a clear or a partial match and carries one dated sentence saying what the person did, so you can see why they are on the list.
  • Each search looks for up to 25 new leads, inside your monthly allowance.

2. AI writes the message from the signal

Add the leads you want to a campaign. On plans with AI, ZenMode writes the connection note and follow-ups for each person, and mentions what they did when that activity is no more than 45 days old. An older signal is left out rather than presented as news.

3. It sends from your own LinkedIn account

The messages go out from your own LinkedIn account, a few minutes apart, at the daily pace you set and within your business hours, and every reply lands in one inbox. Each campaign either waits for you to review the messages or sends them on Autopilot; new campaigns start on Autopilot. That is the part Trigify left to other tools: with ZenMode the signal, the message and the send are in one place.

Signal leads by plan

Signals is launching soon. When it launches, each plan with AI includes these signal leads a month:

PlanPriceLinkedIn accountsSignal leads a month
Practitioner$49/mo1300
Master$99/mo3900
Dojo$149/mo51,500
CustomAgreed by emailMore than 5300 per paid account
Novice$15/mo1None (no AI)

300 signal leads a month for each LinkedIn account your monthly plan pays for, so each extra account seat adds 300. The allowance resets monthly; unused leads do not carry over. Full plan details are on the pricing page.

Migration checklist: Trigify to ZenMode before 22 October

  1. 1Export everything from Trigify now: every search, list and engager table, as CSV, with Trigify's own export options. After 22 October there is nothing left to export.
  2. 2Write down what you tracked: competitor pages and the people at them, influencers, keywords, filters, and which of those actually booked meetings.
  3. 3List every tool Trigify fed, such as your CRM, Clay, a sequencer or a webhook. All of them stop receiving data at the cutoff.
  4. 4Start a 14-day ZenMode trial on Practitioner, Master or Dojo to set up your LinkedIn account and your first campaign now.
  5. 5Bring your unworked Trigify leads across: import the CSV into a campaign. ZenMode takes any column of LinkedIn profile URLs, and the other columns can be used as custom variables in the messages you write.
  6. 6When Signals launches, confirm who you are looking for: ZenMode drafts your target market and your competitors from your value proposition, and nothing runs until you confirm them. Then save the competitor pages, people and influencers to follow.
  7. 7Once Signals is open to you, press Find leads, read the list (each lead says what the person did and when), and add the people you want to a campaign.
  8. 8Keep Trigify running until the cutoff and work its leads through your ZenMode campaign.
  9. 9On a longer contract, confirm your end date and final invoice with Trigify directly.

For the CSV step, the migration guide shows how ZenMode maps your columns on import.

FAQ

When does Trigify stop working?

For most customers, access ends at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026, according to Trigify's own notice. Customers with a different contractual notice period receive their date from Trigify directly. At that point monitoring and signal collection stop, every integration and the API stop, and subscriptions do not renew. Export anything you want to keep before then, because nothing can be exported afterwards.

Why is Trigify shutting down?

Trigify announced on 23 September 2026 that its team is joining HubSpot, and that it is winding down the standalone Trigify platform as a result. Its notice says HubSpot was drawn to the team's experience with signals and data, and that the team will bring that experience into HubSpot. The notice describes the team joining HubSpot; it does not say the Trigify product continues there.

Will my Trigify data move to HubSpot?

No. Trigify's notice says your account will not be migrated to HubSpot, and that HubSpot will not use customer data as part of the team's move. Customer data is retained or deleted under Trigify's contractual, privacy and legal obligations. So the only copy you will have is the one you export yourself, with Trigify's existing export options, before your access ends.

What are the best Trigify alternatives?

It depends on what you used Trigify for. ZenMode suits you if you want LinkedIn signals turned into messages and sent from your own LinkedIn account in one tool; its Signals feature is launching soon. Jungler is the closest swap for tracking who engages with posts and pushing them into other tools. Gojiberry runs an AI agent across email and social. HubSpot's buyer intent covers account-level intent inside HubSpot. If you relied on X, Reddit or YouTube signals, ZenMode does not cover them.

How much do Trigify alternatives cost?

ZenMode's Signals feature is launching soon. When it launches, Practitioner at $49 a month includes 300 signal leads a month, Master at $99 includes 900 and Dojo at $149 includes 1,500. On their own pricing pages, checked 14 October 2026, Gojiberry Pro is $99 a month and Jungler Starter is $99 a month, while HubSpot's buyer intent is paid in HubSpot Credits. Trigify itself listed Starter at $40 and Max at $199.

Does ZenMode send the messages too?

Yes. ZenMode's LinkedIn outreach works today: add people to a campaign and, on plans with AI, ZenMode writes the connection note and follow-ups and sends them from your own LinkedIn account at the daily pace you set, within your business hours. When Signals launches, signal leads go into the same campaigns, and each message mentions what the person did when that activity is no more than 45 days old. Each campaign either waits for you to review the messages or sends them on Autopilot; new campaigns start on Autopilot.
