ZenMode Signals
The LinkedIn intent signals tool that also writes and sends the message
ZenMode Signals finds people on LinkedIn who just did something that shows intent, such as engaging with a competitor's posts or working at a company that is hiring for the problem you solve. It writes a message that reacts to it and sends it from your own LinkedIn account: find the signal, write the message, send it, in one tool. Signals is included on every plan except Novice.
It is built for founders and small agencies who sell on LinkedIn and do not have time to watch competitors' posts, job boards and filings by hand, then copy names into a second tool to write to them.

How it works: find, write, send
- 1
Find the signal
ZenMode reads your value proposition and drafts who you sell to and who your competitors are; you edit both and confirm them, and nothing runs until you do. When you press Find leads, it runs every signal that has something to read and looks for up to 25 new people inside your target market. Each lead carries one dated sentence saying what they did.
- 2
Write the message
Add the leads you want to a campaign. On plans with AI, ZenMode writes the connection note and follow-ups for each person and reacts to what they did when it is no more than 45 days old. It uses the topic, never the tracking: a message never says the person liked or commented on something, and never names the competitor or the post's author.
- 3
Send it from your LinkedIn
The messages go out from your own LinkedIn account, a few minutes apart, at the daily pace you set and within your business hours, and every reply lands in one inbox. Each campaign either waits for you to review the messages or sends them on Autopilot.
The signals ZenMode finds
Each section shows an example lead as it appears in ZenMode, with the reason word for word, and the connection note it gets. The people and companies are made up.
People engaging with your competitors
People who reacted to or commented on posts from a competitor's LinkedIn company page. ZenMode finds the page from the competitor's own website and never guesses it; you confirm it before it is followed. People who reacted to or commented on posts by the people you follow at each competitor. ZenMode suggests up to three there who post most; you can untick them or paste others. It also finds people who wrote, or commented on, a recent post that names one of your competitors.
Suits: Anyone with a named competitor whose buyers are active on LinkedIn: the people engaging with them are already thinking about the problem.
How to find and message these leads →Priya Nair
Head of Sales, Fernway Logistics

Engaged with a LinkedIn post from the Brightloop team (29 Oct)
The connection note ZenMode writes
Hi Priya, how logistics sales teams book more meetings without adding headcount keeps coming up in my world, and it is what I help teams with. Happy to connect and swap notes?
Audiences of the influencers your buyers follow
People who reacted to or commented on posts by the LinkedIn influencers you choose: up to 5 on Practitioner, 15 on Master and 25 on Dojo, counted together with the people you follow at competitors.
Suits: Niches with a few voices everyone reads: their audience is your market, already gathered in one place.
How to find and message these leads →Daniel Okafor
Founder, Northgate Studio
Why they are on the list
Engaged with a LinkedIn post by Sam Ortega (27 Oct)
The connection note ZenMode writes
Hi Daniel, we seem to move in the same circles on LinkedIn. I help small studios win clients from LinkedIn without spending their evenings on outreach. Open to connecting?
People engaging with popular posts on your topics
People who reacted to or commented on a recent, popular LinkedIn post about the topics your offer is about. ZenMode works out the topics from your value proposition, and you can edit them.
Suits: Offers that solve a problem people post about: the topic tells you what they care about this week.
How to find and message these leads →Elena Rossi
Managing Director, Clearpath Recruitment
Why they are on the list
Engaged with a LinkedIn post about "cold outreach for agencies" (30 Oct)
The connection note ZenMode writes
Hi Elena, cold outreach for agencies is having a moment on LinkedIn. What has worked best for Clearpath so far? I help agencies book calls from LinkedIn and would be glad to connect.
People engaging with your own posts
People who reacted to or commented on your own recent LinkedIn posts. Posts on your company page count too.
Suits: Anyone who posts on LinkedIn: these people already know your name, and they are the warmest list you have.
How to find and message these leads →Tom Becker
Co-founder, Lumen Bookkeeping
Why they are on the list
Engaged with your post (1 Nov)
The connection note ZenMode writes
Hi Tom, thanks for engaging with my post. Curious how Lumen finds new clients today; I work with small firms on turning LinkedIn into a steady source of them. Happy to connect.
Companies hiring for the problem you solve
A company in the countries you sell to posts a sales or engineering role, and ZenMode finds the person who runs that function there. A new hire is a budget and a plan; the person who runs that team is the one to write to.
Suits: Offers that help a sales or engineering team do more: a company adding people there has the problem now.
How to find and message these leads →Laura Kim
VP Sales, Tessellate Software
Why they are on the list
Tessellate Software is hiring: Sales Development Representative (Manchester), posted 28 Oct
The connection note ZenMode writes
Hi Laura, good to see Tessellate growing the sales team in Manchester. While a new SDR ramps up, I help teams keep LinkedIn meetings coming in. Worth connecting?
Companies that just raised money
A US company filed a Form D in the last 30 days saying it sold shares or other securities, or a UK company filed a share allotment in the last 45 days raising at least £250k, and ZenMode finds the decision-maker there who fits your ideal customer.
Suits: Anyone selling to companies that grow fast after a raise: a new round usually means a bigger plan and a new budget.
How to find and message these leads →Marcus Hale
CEO, Halden Analytics
Why they are on the list
Filed a Form D: $4.5M sold in an equity offering (first sale Oct 2026)
The connection note ZenMode writes
Hi Marcus, I work with B2B software teams like Halden Analytics on booking meetings from LinkedIn without adding headcount. Would be good to connect.
Messages that mention the raise are paused while ZenMode checks that each funding lead sits on the right company, so a funding lead gets ZenMode's standard note for now. It never gives the amount, the date or the filing.
What it doesn’t cover
- Job changes and people new in a role: built, and not open to customers until it passes ZenMode's accuracy check.
- Signals from X, Reddit, YouTube or your website's visitors: ZenMode reads LinkedIn, plus company filings for funding.
- Mentions of your brand, apart from engagement on your own posts.
Price: plans, credits and credit packs
Signals is included on every plan except Novice, and each of those plans includes credits every month:
| Plan | Price | LinkedIn accounts | Credits a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Practitioner | $49/mo | 1 | 300 |
| Master | $99/mo | 3 | 600 |
| Dojo | $149/mo | 5 | 900 |
| Custom | Agreed by email | More than 5 | 300, then 150 per further account |
| Novice | $15/mo | 1 | None (no AI) |
300 credits a month (1 credit = 1 person found or 1 lead researched) for the first LinkedIn account your monthly plan pays for, and 150 for each further account, included or an extra seat. Credits reset monthly; unused credits do not carry over.
Credit packs
- 250 credits for $50
- 600 credits for $108 (10% off)
- 1,500 credits for $248 (17% off)
- Team pack: 5,000 credits for $750 (25% off)
Credit packs are a one-off payment, not a subscription, on any plan with AI. The credits last 90 days and are used after the month's credits. 1 credit = 1 person found. Researching a lead for a campaign costs 1 credit more, whether or not Signals found them, and is given back if the research does not end in a researched note. Full plan details are on the pricing page.
Coming from Trigify?
Trigify announced on 23 September 2026 that its team is joining HubSpot, and access ended for most customers on 22 October 2026, according to its notice on trigify.io. If you used it for LinkedIn signals, our Trigify page sets out what ZenMode covers, what it doesn't, and how to bring your exported lists across.

Does ZenMode send from my own LinkedIn account?
Yes. The messages go out from your own LinkedIn account, so replies come to you and the conversation is yours. ZenMode sends them a few minutes apart, at the daily pace you set for each campaign and only within your business hours, and every reply lands in ZenMode's inbox.
How does ZenMode protect my LinkedIn account from overuse?
You set a daily limit for each campaign, and ZenMode keeps to it, waits a few minutes between actions and sends only within your business hours. When your LinkedIn account reaches its weekly limit, ZenMode pauses its campaigns, emails you, and resumes them the following Monday. No tool can promise how LinkedIn will treat an account, so we do not.
Will the message tell people I saw them like a post?
No. ZenMode checks every signal message before it is sent. A message never says the person liked, reacted to or commented on something, and never names the competitor or the person whose post it was. It uses the topic instead. The one exception is your own posts, where a note may thank them for engaging with your post.
How many leads can I find each month?
Each plan with AI includes credits every month, and 1 credit = 1 person found. Researching a lead for a campaign costs 1 credit more, whether or not Signals found them, and is given back if the research does not end in a researched note. Each search looks for up to 25 new leads inside your credits. Credits reset monthly; if you need more, a credit pack adds credits that last 90 days.
Do I choose which signals run?
You choose who to follow, not which searches to run. ZenMode drafts your target market and competitors, you confirm them, and you save the competitor pages, people and influencers to follow. When you press Find leads, ZenMode runs every signal that has something to read. You can switch a signal off on the Sources tab.
Which signals does ZenMode not cover?
Job changes and people new in a role: built, and not open to customers until it passes ZenMode's accuracy check. Signals from X, Reddit, YouTube or your website's visitors: ZenMode reads LinkedIn, plus company filings for funding. Mentions of your brand, apart from engagement on your own posts. If one of these is your main source of leads, a tool built for it will serve you better.
Who can use Signals today?
Signals is included on every plan except Novice. Novice has no AI, so it has no Signals or credits. Every other plan starts with a 14-day trial, and ZenMode's LinkedIn outreach works on all of them today.
