ZenMode started the way a lot of tools do. I needed something that didn't exist.

I was running LinkedIn outreach for a B2B company, helping SaaS businesses scale their engineering teams with senior developers. LinkedIn is where all my prospects were. But reaching out to them manually, sending connection requests one by one, trying to remember who I needed to follow up with, keeping track of who actually replied... it was eating hours out of my week. Every week.

So I looked at what was already out there. There are dozens of LinkedIn automation tools. I tried a bunch of them. They were either overpriced, clunky, unreliable, or all three. Most of them felt like they were built by engineers who had never actually done outreach themselves. The interfaces were confusing, the messaging templates sounded robotic, and half the time they'd get your LinkedIn account flagged.

I remember thinking: I could build something better than this.

There was just one problem. I had zero coding experience. I'd never written a line of JavaScript in my life. My technical background started and ended with WordPress.

But I had something the existing tools didn't. I knew exactly what a salesperson actually needs day to day. Not fifty features buried in a confusing dashboard. Just a clean, simple flow: pick your audience, write a message that sounds like a real person wrote it, hit go, and let the tool handle the rest while you get on with your day.

So I built it. With the help of AI, a lot of late nights, and a stubborn refusal to ship anything I wouldn't want to use myself, I went from zero to a working product. The first campaign I ran on my own LinkedIn account booked real meetings with real CTOs. The acceptance rate was 44%, which is nearly double the industry average.

That's when I quit my job and went all in. ZenMode stopped being a side project.

The name comes from the Zen concept of wu wei, which roughly translates to effortless action. The enso circle in our logo represents that same philosophy: achieve everything through simplicity. No unnecessary complexity. No feature bloat. Just outreach that flows naturally and gets results.
