Frequently Asked Questions
Is ZenMode safe to use with my LinkedIn account?
Not in the sense of zero risk. No tool can promise that, and you should be wary of any that does. LinkedIn's terms restrict third-party automation, and we can't guarantee they won't act on an account.
What we can tell you is how it paces itself: ZenMode sends a few minutes apart, under daily and weekly caps of our own, and you can set a lower daily limit on each campaign.

How does ZenMode work?
You tell ZenMode who you want to reach, and it writes the messages for you (or you write your own). On each campaign you choose whether to review every message before it goes, or let Autopilot send them. ZenMode then finds those people on LinkedIn, sends connection requests during your business hours, follows up with the ones who accept, and brings every reply into one inbox.
What features does ZenMode include?
Every plan includes automated follow-ups, a unified inbox, campaign analytics and one-click withdrawal of stale invites. Novice ($15/mo) gives you 1 LinkedIn account and 3 campaigns using your own message templates, with no AI. Practitioner ($49/mo) and up add unlimited campaigns, AI-written messages, voice notes, AI-suggested replies and API access. Master, Dojo and Sensei add more LinkedIn accounts (3, 5 and 10+) and team members, and Dojo and Sensei add white-label branding. Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial.
How many connection requests can I send per day?
LinkedIn publishes no daily or weekly connection request number, so ZenMode paces every account under daily and weekly caps of its own, and you can set a lower daily connection limit on each campaign. Sending more does not raise the rate at which people accept, so the useful number is the one you need, not the most you can send. Does ZenMode need to be open for campaigns to run?
Yes. Campaigns run while the ZenMode app is open and online, on Mac or Windows. You can pause and resume at any time.
What devices does ZenMode support?
ZenMode is available for both macOS and Windows. Just download the desktop app, sign in, and you're ready to go. No Chrome extension or browser plugin needed.
