1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZenMode ("the Service"), provided by ZenMode Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ZenMode provides LinkedIn outreach automation tools including a web dashboard for campaign management and a desktop application for automated connection requests and messaging. The Service is designed to help professionals manage their LinkedIn networking activities more efficiently.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ZenMode responsibly and in compliance with LinkedIn's terms of service. You must not:

Use the Service to send spam, harassing, or misleading messages; exceed reasonable usage limits that could harm LinkedIn or other users; use the Service for any illegal purpose; attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service; share your account credentials with others; or use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

ZenMode offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. LinkedIn Compliance

ZenMode is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to LinkedIn. You acknowledge that using automation tools may carry risks related to your LinkedIn account, including potential restrictions. ZenMode implements rate limiting and human-like behaviour patterns to minimise these risks, but we cannot guarantee that LinkedIn will not take action against accounts using automation tools. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by ZenMode Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenMode Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
