Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZenMode ("the Service"), provided by ZenMode Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ZenMode provides LinkedIn outreach automation tools including a web dashboard for campaign management and a desktop application for automated connection requests and messaging. The Service is designed to help professionals manage their LinkedIn networking activities more efficiently.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ZenMode responsibly and in compliance with LinkedIn's terms of service. You must not:

Use the Service to send spam, harassing, or misleading messages; exceed reasonable usage limits that could harm LinkedIn or other users; use the Service for any illegal purpose; attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service; share your account credentials with others; or use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

5. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Payments

ZenMode offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period and will continue to renew, and be charged, each period until cancelled. Where a free trial is started with a payment method on file, the trial converts automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the trial ends. These auto-renewal and trial-conversion terms, including the price you will be charged, are presented clearly at signup and checkout.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing or trial period, and you retain access until then. Because renewal and trial terms are disclosed at signup, forgetting to cancel a free trial before it converts, or forgetting to cancel a subscription before its renewal date, does not constitute grounds for a refund. Any other refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Nothing in this section affects any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

6. LinkedIn Compliance

ZenMode is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to LinkedIn. You acknowledge that using automation tools may carry risks related to your LinkedIn account, including potential restrictions. ZenMode implements rate limiting and paced sending to minimise these risks, but we cannot guarantee that LinkedIn will not take action against accounts using automation tools. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by ZenMode Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Aggregated statistics and message wording. Unless you opt out in Data Preferences, ZenMode may (a) compute de-identified statistics from your campaign activity (such as how many requests were sent, accepted and replied to, grouped by target role, industry, sequence step and message length) and combine them with other customers' statistics, and (b) use the wording of the messages and templates you send, after removing names, company names, brands, product names and other identifying details, in each case to provide and improve suggestions for all customers. You grant ZenMode a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that de-identified wording for this purpose only. Our message writer may learn from these combined statistics with no minimum group size, but it never shows your figures or text to anyone. We only show a combined figure when it includes at least three other customers in a broad group and no single customer makes up more than half of it, so neither you nor any person can be identified from it. We never show, copy or reproduce your messages for another customer: suggestions are checked against the messages we learn from, and anything too close to one of them is discarded. We never disclose your contacts or your prospects' replies to another customer, and we never use your prospects' replies for this. You can switch off the message wording on its own in Data Preferences, and opting out of the statistics also stops the use of your message wording. If you opt out, we stop using your statistics and message wording immediately and you no longer receive pooled suggestions. If your account existed before 25 September 2026, this clause applies to you 14 days after we notify you of it by email. The Privacy Policy (section 6) explains this in more detail.

While you're a customer, we may show your company's name and logo on our website as a customer; you can opt out at any time in Settings, and we'll remove it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenMode Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
