Is there a free trial?

Yes, every plan, including the $15 Novice tier, includes a 14-day free trial so you can run real outreach before committing. Annual billing saves about 17%.

What's included in each plan?

Practitioner and up include the full feature set: AI message writing, voice notes, a unified inbox with AI-suggested replies, Sales Navigator support, analytics, the desktop app, and API access. There are two ways to write messages. In "My templates" mode, each message is sent as written, with fields like first name and company filled in for each prospect, and the AI can draft the connection note and follow-ups for you when you ask, for you to edit. In "AI writes every message" mode, the AI drafts each prospect's messages from your business profile, your campaign angle and their LinkedIn profile. Both AI options are on Practitioner and up. The $15 Novice tier is a no-AI option: the same paced send engine with your own message templates (no AI writing, voice notes, or API). Higher tiers add more LinkedIn accounts, team members, and white-label options.

Do you charge per seat?

No. ZenMode is a flat monthly subscription that covers multiple LinkedIn accounts by tier (1/3/5/10+), rather than billing per seat. Sensei adds extra accounts beyond ten at $25/month each.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are monthly (or annual if you choose) and you can cancel from your billing settings at any time.
