The verdict
Botdog makes the cloud case better than most: it does one thing, LinkedIn, and it does it from the cloud so nothing depends on your computer. If that convenience is what you are buying, it is a fair product at a fair price. What it cannot offer is a version where the session stays with you. Campaigns run from Botdog's side, and its terms hand the safety risk back to you the moment you raise activity above its default limits, with all fees non-refundable except as required by law and any exception capped at half of what you paid. ZenMode makes the opposite trade: the desktop app drives a browser on your own machine and IP, with no proxy anywhere in the path, so your computer has to be on, and the login never leaves you.
