Find companies that just raised money, from their public filings
A new round usually means a bigger plan and a new budget. ZenMode Signals reads public filings for it: a US company's Form D, or a UK company's share allotment at Companies House, then finds the decision-maker there who fits your ideal customer. Signals is included on every plan except Novice.

What this signal is
A US company filed a Form D in the last 30 days saying it sold shares or other securities, or a UK company filed a share allotment in the last 45 days raising at least £250k, and ZenMode finds the decision-maker there who fits your ideal customer.
Filings are dated, public and come from the company itself, so the signal is factual. Teams that grow fast after a raise buy tools and services quickly.
Who it suits: Anyone selling to companies that grow fast after a raise: a new round usually means a bigger plan and a new budget.
An example lead as it appears in ZenMode, with the reason word for word. The person and company are made up.

The connection note ZenMode writes
Hi Marcus, I work with B2B software teams like Halden Analytics on booking meetings from LinkedIn without adding headcount. Would be good to connect.
Messages that mention the raise are paused while ZenMode checks that each funding lead sits on the right company, so a funding lead gets ZenMode's standard note for now. It never gives the amount, the date or the filing.
How to do it in ZenMode
- 1
Give ZenMode your website
Add your website, or describe what you sell in a sentence. ZenMode drafts who you sell to and who your competitors are; you edit both and confirm them, and nothing runs until you do.
- 2
Press Find leads
ZenMode runs every signal that has something to read and looks for new people inside the target market you confirmed. Each lead carries one dated sentence saying what they did, so you can see why they are on the list before you add them.
- 3
Add them to a campaign and choose how it sends
On plans with AI, ZenMode writes the connection note and follow-ups for each person, reacting to the signal while it is no more than 45 days old. Each campaign either waits for you to review the messages or sends them on Autopilot, from your own LinkedIn account, at the daily pace you set and within your business hours.
Writing the message
- Messages that mention the raise are paused while ZenMode checks that each funding lead sits on the right company. Until then a funding lead gets ZenMode's standard note, which does not mention the raise.
- When they resume, a funding message acknowledges the raise the way a person would. It never gives the amount, the date or the filing.
Price
Signals is included on every plan except Novice, and each of those plans includes credits every month: 300 credits a month (1 credit = 1 person found or 1 lead researched) for the first LinkedIn account your monthly plan pays for, and 150 for each further account, included or an extra seat. Credits reset monthly; unused credits do not carry over. The plans and credit packs are on the Signals page and the pricing page.
FAQ
Do funding messages mention the raise today?
Not yet. Messages that mention the raise are paused while ZenMode checks that each funding lead sits on the right company, so a funding lead gets ZenMode's standard note for now. It never gives the amount, the date or the filing.
Where does the funding data come from?
Public filings: a Form D with the US SEC, or a share allotment filed at Companies House in the UK. ZenMode says only what the filing says, and matches the company to exactly one LinkedIn page or leaves it out.
Does it cover every country?
No. It reads US and UK filings. A raise announced only in the press or on LinkedIn is not read.
