HeyReach review (2026): features, pricing, limitations and who it suits
By Jonathan Lis, Founder, ZenMode Ltd · Prices read from HeyReach's pricing page on 30 October 2026 · Updated
We make ZenMode, which competes with HeyReach. Every price on this page links to the page we read it on, and every criticism is a quoted, dated public review or a fact you can check on HeyReach's own site.
Our verdict: HeyReach is the strongest pick for an agency running dozens of LinkedIn senders; for one to five accounts where you want the messages written for you, ZenMode does the job for less.
Quick answer
HeyReach is a cloud LinkedIn outreach tool for agencies and sales teams that run many LinkedIn accounts at once. It costs $79 a month per sender on Growth, $999 a month for 25 senders on Agency and $2,999 a month for unlimited senders. It is strongest at sender rotation, a unified inbox, workspaces and integrations; it has no email sending of its own, and public reviews criticise support response times.
What HeyReach is
HeyReach is a cloud-based LinkedIn outreach platform whose pricing is built around senders, meaning LinkedIn accounts. Its pricing page leads with "Unlimited senders, one flat monthly fee" on the bigger plans (HeyReach pricing, read 30 October 2026). Sending runs on HeyReach's servers. You connect an account either with your LinkedIn login or with your browser's LinkedIn cookies, and HeyReach says each account gets its own dedicated residential proxy.
What HeyReach does well
- Many senders in one place. Campaigns rotate across several LinkedIn accounts while "making sure each sender stays within their daily limits", and you can switch accounts without logging in and out.
- A unified inbox for all LinkedIn messages across senders, with tags, sentiment and voice notes sent from the inbox.
- Agency workspaces: "Manage clients through a single login while keeping each client's data, senders, leads, and campaigns separate." White label is on Agency and Unlimited.
- Integrations. The pricing page names Clay, RB2B, Trigify, Make, Zapier, HubSpot and more, plus an API, webhooks and an MCP server for AI agents.
- Users are free. "HeyReach charges only per LinkedIn senders, not per users," the pricing FAQ says.

Source: heyreach.io/pricing, read 30 October 2026 with monthly billing selected. Quarterly billing is listed at a discount of 10 percent and yearly at 20 percent. The FAQ says you can request a 30-day free trial of the Agency and Unlimited plans. HeyReach's terms of service make all fees non-refundable.
Who HeyReach suits
- Lead generation agencies running outreach for many clients from many LinkedIn accounts.
- Sales teams with ten or more senders, where the Agency plan works out cheaper per account than per-seat tools.
- Teams already on Clay, Instantly or Smartlead, which HeyReach connects to for email.
For one or two LinkedIn accounts, Growth at $79 per sender is a full-price seat with agency features you may not need.
Limitations: what public reviews say
HeyReach's Trustpilot rating is 4.0 / 5 from 51 reviews (Trustpilot, as of 24 September 2026), lower than the ratings it shows on its own site. The quotes below are individual opinions, quoted as written, not findings we have verified.
Support response times. A Trustpilot reviewer wrote on 18 November 2025 that "their support is getting worse by the day. Sometimes, it takes 24 to 48 hours to get a response" (Trustpilot reviews of HeyReach, read 3 September 2026). Another wrote on 7 January 2026 that "their support is virtually nonexistent".
Refunds. The same January Trustpilot review says: "They also have a 'no refund' policy". That matches HeyReach's own terms, which make fees non-refundable.
Keeping accounts connected. A Capterra reviewer wrote: "The only drawback is keeping the profiles connected consistently—it requires some maintenance since sessions can expire or need to be reconnected periodically" (Capterra page for HeyReach, read 3 September 2026). Capterra had only two reviews at the time.
Facts you can check yourself: HeyReach does not send email itself (multichannel campaigns go through Instantly or Smartlead), its help centre says InMail needs a Sales Navigator licence, and its pricing FAQ says Agency and Unlimited customers bring their own proxies.

When ZenMode is the better choice
ZenMode is the better choice for a founder or small team with one to five LinkedIn accounts. Three accounts cost $99 a month on one plan rather than $237 on HeyReach's Growth plan, and on a plan with AI, ZenMode can write each person's connection note and follow-ups from a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search, held for your review or sent on Autopilot.
Stay with HeyReach if you are an agency with many senders and clients: its workspaces, white label, sender rotation and integration list are built for that, and ZenMode is not. Our HeyReach alternative page covers the switch in more detail.
