Skylead review (2026): features, pricing, limitations and who it suits

We make ZenMode, which competes with Skylead. Every price on this page links to the page we read it on, and every criticism is a quoted, dated public review or a fact you can check on Skylead's own site.
Our verdict: Skylead is a strong all-in-one choice if you need LinkedIn and cold email in one sequence; if you only need LinkedIn and want the messages written for you on a cheaper plan, ZenMode is the better fit.

Skylead is a cloud platform that combines LinkedIn automation and cold email in one sequence, at $100 a seat a month on its All-in-one plan. It suits sales teams and agencies that want LinkedIn and email from one tool with branching sequences and native CRM sync. Public review volume we could read is thin, so judge it on its trial and its own terms: payments are final and the trial turns into a paid plan.
What Skylead is
Skylead is cloud-based LinkedIn automation plus cold email: "Your ultimate one-stop-shop LinkedIn automation tool and cold email software," as it describes itself. Campaigns run on Skylead's servers, and you connect LinkedIn with your login details, ideally with your two-factor authentication secret key so Skylead can sign in for you, according to its help centre.
What Skylead does well
- LinkedIn and email in one sequence. The All-in-one plan includes "Unlimited email accounts", "100 000 emails per month", an email finder and verifier, and "Infinite email warm-up" (Skylead pricing, read 30 October 2026).
- Smart sequences that branch on what a lead does, across LinkedIn and email.
- InMail, paid and free. Skylead supports paid InMail and free InMail to open profiles, plus Sales Navigator and Recruiter.
- A Smart Inbox for LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, InMail and email messages in one place.
- Native CRM sync with HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce, plus webhooks, Zapier, Make and an API.
- Image and GIF personalisation, unlimited on the plan.
- Flat agency pricing, with an agency dashboard, a shared inbox for client conversations and optional white label.

Who Skylead suits
- Sales teams that run LinkedIn and cold email together and want one sequence, one inbox and one bill.
- Agencies that want flat pricing for many seats, client dashboards and white label.
- Teams on HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce, all of which sync natively.
At $100 a seat it is a lot to pay for someone who only needs LinkedIn.
Limitations: what we could find
We could not read Skylead's G2 or Capterra reviews: both sites blocked our tools on 30 October 2026. Its Trustpilot profile had only two reviews when we read it that day, too few to summarise fairly, so we quote none. Instead, here are limitations you can check on Skylead's own pages:
- Price per seat. $100 a seat a month, so three LinkedIn accounts cost $300 a month on All-in-one.
- No refunds. "All payments are final. Once subscription is made, there shall be no refunds, exchanges, or returns, unless required by law" (terms, section 6).
- The trial converts immediately. You are "charged immediately" when the trial ends, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the end of the period (terms).
- Extras cost extra. AI data enrichment and the AI SDR are add-ons on the All-in-one plan.
- Daily limits are shared. Skylead's help centre says "the daily limits you set are shared across all active campaigns in your account."
- Voice notes: we found no voice message feature on Skylead's pricing or LinkedIn pages.

When ZenMode is the better choice
ZenMode is the better choice if LinkedIn is your channel and email is not: it costs $49 a month with AI message writing against Skylead's $100 a seat, and three LinkedIn accounts cost $99 a month on one plan. It finds people from a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search, writes each person's messages on a plan with AI, and keeps every reply in one inbox.
Stay with Skylead if cold email belongs in the same sequence as LinkedIn, or you are an agency that wants flat pricing for 25 seats or more with white label. ZenMode does not send email. Our Skylead alternative page goes into the switch in more detail.
