Waalaxy review (2026): features, pricing, limitations and who it suits

By , Founder, ZenMode Ltd · Prices read from Waalaxy's pricing page on 30 October 2026 · Updated

We make ZenMode, which competes with Waalaxy. Every price on this page links to the page we read it on, and every criticism is a quoted, dated public review or a fact you can check on Waalaxy's own site.

Our verdict: Waalaxy is one of the easiest ways to start LinkedIn prospecting and is well rated; if you want the messages written for you, several accounts on one plan, or no invitation cap built into the plan, ZenMode is the better fit.

Quick answer

Waalaxy is a cloud LinkedIn prospecting tool with ready-made sequences, an email finder and, on its top plan, cold email. It is priced per user with a monthly invitation cap (300 on Pro, 800 on Advanced and Business), and the price you see depends on your country and billing period. It suits beginners and small teams who want to start fast; check the invitation cap and the monthly price before you buy.

What Waalaxy is

Waalaxy is a LinkedIn prospecting tool from France, used by beginners and small sales teams. Since 1 July 2026 it no longer relies on a browser extension: "Waalaxy no longer relies on a browser extension. Everything runs directly inside the app at app.waalaxy.com," its help centre says, and campaigns "run in the background regardless of what's happening in your browser."

Reviews written before July 2026 describe the old extension, so some complaints about it may no longer apply.

What Waalaxy does well

  • Fast to start. The homepage advertises "99+ ready-to-use outreach sequences", and pre-built sequences are on every plan.
  • An email finder built in, with 25 credits a month on Pro and Advanced and 500 on Business (Waalaxy pricing, read 30 October 2026).
  • Cold email on the Business plan: "Cold email sequences" and "Multichannel campaigns: LinkedIn + email".
  • Imports from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter Lite, and CSV import and export.
  • Native HubSpot and Pipedrive sync, plus Salesforce and a public API (Waalaxy integrations).
  • Strong public ratings: 4.7 / 5 from 1,297 reviews (Trustpilot, as of 24 September 2026).

Waalaxy pricing (read 30 October 2026)

Waalaxy shows prices in your local currency, and the page opens on a discounted billing period, so read the toggle before you compare. These are the prices it showed us from the UK:

PlanInvitationsMonthly billingQuarterlyYearly
Pro300 a month£34 per user a month£27£17
Advanced800 a month£69 per user a month£56£35
Business800 a month£104 per user a month£86£52

Source: waalaxy.com/pricing, read 30 October 2026, each billing toggle clicked in turn. The same page served without a location shows €19, €49 and €69 per user a month, which are its yearly rates. Every plan has a 14-day free trial. The page's FAQ calls the LinkedIn Inbox "an optional add-on for €20/month".

Waalaxy's subscription article adds three things worth knowing: "each Waalaxy licence corresponds to one LinkedIn account", the trial needs a credit card, and "No reminder is sent before your first charge."

Who Waalaxy suits

  • Beginners who want ready-made sequences and a gentle learning curve.
  • Small teams that want to prospect together with shared dashboards.
  • People who also want cold email, on the Business plan.

Limitations: what public reviews say

Most public reviews of Waalaxy are positive. The quotes below come from the minority of low-star reviews; each is one person's opinion, not a finding we have verified.

Value for money. A sales account executive on Capterra wrote that Waalaxy doesn't "really offer anything that cheaper options don't already have which makes you wonder if its worth the cost" (Capterra reviews of Waalaxy, read 3 September 2026).

Email features. A business development manager on Capterra wrote: "Email outreach needs to be polished - the text formatting is not supported and it is not possible to include variables" (same page).

Support hours. A 2-star Trustpilot review dated 3 November 2025 says the "customer support is absolutely terrible... the only time they are online is in the middle of the night" (Trustpilot reviews of Waalaxy, read 3 September 2026).

Billing. A 1-star Trustpilot review dated 15 April 2026 says: "Customer service has been incompetent and the procedures appear unethical." Read it next to the fact above that Waalaxy sends no reminder before the first charge after a trial.

Facts you can check yourself: Pro is capped at 300 invitations a month, the inbox is a paid add-on, and the price depends on the billing period you pick.

When ZenMode is the better choice

ZenMode is the better choice if you want the messages written for you rather than picked from templates, an inbox included in the price, and several LinkedIn accounts on one plan (three for $99 a month). It finds people from a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search, a CSV or a list you paste, and keeps every reply in one inbox with reply suggestions.

Stay with Waalaxy if you want cold email in the same tool, a large library of ready-made sequences, or the lowest yearly price for a single user. Our Waalaxy alternative page goes into the switch in more detail.

FAQ

Is Waalaxy worth it?
