Linked Helper review (2026): features, pricing, limitations and who it suits
By Jonathan Lis, Founder, ZenMode Ltd · Prices read from Linked Helper's pricing page on 30 October 2026 · Updated
We make ZenMode, which competes with Linked Helper. Every price on this page links to the page we read it on, and every criticism is a quoted, dated public review or a fact you can check on Linked Helper's own site.
Our verdict: Linked Helper is hard to beat on features per dollar if you are happy to learn a detailed tool; if you want the messages written for you and a simpler setup, ZenMode is the easier choice.
Quick answer
Linked Helper is LinkedIn automation software you install, not a website: it runs as its own browser on a computer or rented server that you keep running, from $15 a licence a month (Standard) or $45 (Pro), less on longer terms. It suits hands-on users who want a very deep toolkit for a low price. Reviewers rate it highly and mostly criticise the learning curve and the need to keep the machine running.
What Linked Helper is
Linked Helper is installed software for Windows, macOS and Ubuntu. "Linked Helper 2 is a standalone program that works as a smart browser," its support site says. Linked Helper's pricing page (read 30 October 2026) is clear about what that means: the automation and your LinkedIn session stay on the computer or rented server where you install it, "never on our servers", and that machine has to be on and running the app.
You choose where your workspace data is stored: Local storage keeps leads and history on your device; Cloud storage keeps them on Linked Helper's servers, with automatic backups and easy switching between devices.
What Linked Helper does well
- Depth. Connection requests, messages, InMail, profile visits, endorsements, group and event outreach, a built-in CRM with tags and notes, and detailed campaign logic.
- Price. The Standard licence is $15 a month on monthly billing and falls to $8.25 a month on a 12-month term, which is among the lowest in the category.
- Volume discounts. From 10 percent off for 10 licences up to 50 percent off for 1,000 or more.
- Webhooks and CSV export. Webhooks reach Zapier, Make or your CRM; Pro adds unlimited webhook integrations and advanced export.
- Ratings. 4.8 / 5 from 465 reviews (Trustpilot, as of 24 September 2026), among the highest of the tools we review.
- A free trial without a card. "100% Free. No card."

| Licence | 1-month term | 3-month term | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard (Local storage) | $15 a month | $13.33 a month | Core tools, unlimited campaigns, LH CRM, limited advanced actions |

Source: linkedhelper.com/pricing, read 30 October 2026. Longer terms are cheaper: the page lists term discounts of 11, 33 and 45 percent for 3, 6 and 12 months, and Local storage starts "from $8.25 / month". One licence covers one LinkedIn account, and "All licenses must be purchased together for one Workspace."
Who Linked Helper suits
- Hands-on users who want a large toolkit and are happy to spend time learning it.
- Price-sensitive teams buying many licences on long terms.
- People who want their LinkedIn session kept off a vendor's servers and can leave a computer or rented server running.
It suits less well someone who wants to set a campaign up in minutes, or who cannot keep a machine running.
Limitations: what public reviews say
Linked Helper's reviews are strongly positive overall, so the quotes below are a small minority, each one person's opinion, quoted as written and not verified by us.
The machine has to stay on. A digital marketing manager on Capterra wrote: "It is not cloud tool. To run automations your computer must be running." (Capterra reviews of Linked Helper, read 3 September 2026). Linked Helper says the same on its own pricing page, so this is a design choice rather than a defect.
Computer resources. Capterra reviewers wrote that "It slows my computer down when campaigns are active" and that it is "quite resource-intensive when running on my laptop" (same page).
Learning curve. Reviewers mention "the initial learning curve" and that "The interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first." (same page).
Company single sign-on. A 1-star Trustpilot review dated January 2026 says: "IF YOUR COMPANY USES SSO AVOID!! IT JUST WONT WORK" (Trustpilot reviews of Linked Helper, read 3 September 2026). Linked Helper publishes no statement about SSO either way.
Billing. A 1-star Trustpilot review dated November 2025 says it "Overcharged me and wouldnt offer money back or even extended activation".

When ZenMode is the better choice
ZenMode is the better choice when you want results without learning a detailed tool: it finds the people from a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search, writes the messages on a plan with AI, and keeps every reply in one inbox with suggested answers. It also lets an AI assistant such as Claude create, check and pause campaigns for you.
Stay with Linked Helper if you want the most features for the lowest price per licence, or you need InMail, group and event campaigns: Linked Helper does more, and on long terms it costs less. Our Linked Helper alternative page covers switching in more detail.
FAQ
Is Linked Helper worth it?
For a hands-on user who will learn it, yes: it is one of the most capable LinkedIn tools and one of the cheapest, and its public ratings are among the best in the category. It is less suited to someone who wants a quick setup.
How much does Linked Helper cost?
On 30 October 2026 Linked Helper's pricing page listed the Standard licence at $15 a month and Pro at $45 a month on a one-month term with Local storage, with lower monthly rates on 3, 6 and 12-month terms (from $8.25 a month). Cloud storage starts from $16.50 a month.
Does Linked Helper run in the cloud?
No. Linked Helper is installed software: you install it on a computer or a rented server, and that machine has to stay on while it works. Its Cloud storage option stores your workspace data on Linked Helper's servers, but the automation still runs where you installed it.
What is a good Linked Helper alternative?
If you want AI-written messages and a simpler setup, ZenMode. If you want a hosted tool that keeps running with your computer off, Expandi, Dripify or HeyReach.
