ZenMode Affiliate Program Terms

1. Relationship

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of ZenMode Ltd. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on commissions earned under this program.

2. Commission Structure

You earn 25% recurring commission on all subscription payments made by customers you refer, for as long as they remain subscribed. Commission is calculated on the net payment amount after payment processor fees and any refunds.

3. Referral Tracking

Referrals are tracked via a unique link assigned to you. A 90-day cookie is set when someone clicks your link. If they sign up and subscribe within that 90-day window, the referral is attributed to you. If the cookie expires before signup, no attribution is made.

4. Payment Terms

Commissions are subject to a 60-day hold period from the date earned. After 60 days, commissions become eligible for payout. Payouts are processed monthly for approved commissions above the $50 minimum threshold. If a refund is issued during the hold period, the commission is reversed. You must provide valid payment details to receive payouts.

5. What You Can Do

Promote ZenMode through your website, social media, email list, content, videos, podcasts, and personal recommendations. Use the marketing materials and lead magnets we provide. Be honest and transparent about your affiliate relationship.

6. What You Cannot Do

• Spam or send unsolicited bulk messages.
• Make misleading, false, or exaggerated claims about ZenMode.
• Bid on ZenMode branded keywords (e.g. "ZenMode", "zen-mode.io") in paid advertising.
• Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any deceptive tracking methods.
• Impersonate ZenMode or create fake reviews.
• Run paid ads that directly link to zen-mode.io without prior approval.

7. Disclosure

You must disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law (e.g. FTC guidelines, ASA rules). For example, include "affiliate link" or similar disclosure near your referral links.

8. Changes to the Program

We may modify commission rates, terms, or program structure with 30 days written notice to your registered email address. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance. We may also discontinue the program entirely with 30 days notice.

9. Termination

Either party can terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. On termination, you must remove all affiliate links. Any approved unpaid commissions earned before termination will still be paid out. Pending commissions within the 60-day hold period at the time of termination will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

10. Liability

ZenMode Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. Our total liability is limited to unpaid commissions owed to you.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
